La Auto Show

The first show took place at Morley's Skating Rink in downtown Los Angeles, just four blocks from the current Convention Center location.
The show traditionally took place in early January, but in 2006 was moved to November so as not to be overshadowed by the North American International Auto Show. That year, one show was held in January and another in November, the latter being dubbed the "100 Year Anniversary" show.
