It is a spin-off of TLC's Miami Ink and it premiered on August 7, 2007 at 10:00 PM EDT.
High Voltage Tattoo is located at 1259 N. La Brea Ave near the southwest corner of La Brea and Fountain Avenues.In 2007, after a falling out with Miami Ink owner Ami James, Kat left the show and returned to Los Angeles, where she opened 'High Voltage' Tattoo and was offered a spin-off show.
